A financial services provider struggled with an inefficient workflow where new applications required sequential approval from a long chain of managers (POs to RMs) before final sign-off in their core ERP.

Slow Approval Times

The manual hand-off between managers created bottlenecks, significantly delaying the disbursement of loans and the onboarding of new members.

Lack of Visibility

Senior managers had no centralized way to track the status of applications in real-time, making it difficult to identify delays or manage team performance.

It provides managers (RM, AM, BM) with a seamless and efficient workflow, integrating directly with the core ERP to ensure all data is synchronized and up-to-date for effective application review.
